APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify Skout against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost, charge, expense or outgoing which Skout pays, suffers, incurs or is liable for in respect of:

• any breach by you of these terms and conditions; and
  
• any use by you of the Site.

RETURNS POLICY

No returns are allowed or will be accepted without first being approved. No acceptions at all.

Any and all claims must be made within 7 days of reciept of goods by email to admin@skout.com.au

You will need to either email us or provide full details of your orignal order number, order date, your name and your email address.

Unless otherwise advised - a representative of Skout Office Supplies will collect the return. You must include the original shipping documents that you recieved with your delivery. This will help us to find your order and to process the refund/return.

We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 7 days after delivery, will be charged a restocking fee of $25 or 10% at our discretion. We cannot accept items retunred that are in unsellable conditions, or that have missing parts. To exchange an item, please contact us on 1300 720 295 or at admin@skout.com.au

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless reciept was declined by you due to damage in transit.

DELIVERY POLICY

Skout Office Supplies will organise delivery of your order. In most cases, a delivery driver from Skout Office Supplies will make the delivery and delivery will be completed with 2 business days from order reciept. Where we are unable to deliver your order in this timeframe, we will contact you and advise of our expected ETA for your order.
